A Seattle based design studio offering architectural services to residential and commercial clients. The goal of the firm is to create simple and authentic design that is unique to the circumstances of the client, the building process and site location.
The studio specializes in residential remodels & additions, new residences, accessory dwelling units and urban-infill commercial projects, working within the modern tradition for new construction and complimentary design for remodels and additions to existing structures. Emphasis is placed on producing projects that are durable, sustainable and appropriately incremental to their specific community.
Tim Myhr, Principal
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington.
Tim has over 15 years of experience, working with a variety of project types. Prior to establishing MYHR Architecture, he was an Associate at Weinstein A|U Architects + Urban Designers, where he worked on several mixed-use buildings in Seattle and several single family residential projects in Washington, Oregon and Maui. Prior experience includes several years as a Project Architect for Miller Hayashi Architects and FINNE Architects.
Tim is a registered Architect and is a LEED accredited professional.
